I Want a Big Metal Sculpture of a Chicken for My Coop

If you live near Seattle, there is a garden art store on 85 (north of Ballard) that has all kinds of rooster and chicken metal art and sculptures. I think it is somewhere between 15th and 24th on 85th.

We sell these metal roosters made out of old car tags in our store. I thought about trying some on the auctions here on BYC, but don't know if they would sell. They are only about 14" tall though, not huge like the others posted here.

And these that hang on the wall are about 36" tall.

I SERIOUSLY don't believe I just read this thread. GUESS WHAT I GOT THIS WEEKEND!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I love it!!!! It is a little over 5 feet tall. I saw it last year at a nearby flea market. I didn't get it and KICKED myself afterwards! On the way home a rock flew off a truck and broke our windshield. Deductable was $250.00--Just about the same as the chicken. Note to self: If you say you want a giant metal chicken and the universe puts one in your path, GET IT or the universe will fling a rock at you.

He was back at the flea market this weekend and I got it! This guy has all kinds of animals. The goats are really life-like. Everything is from Mexico. I got a flying pig also. He is small and on a post. Pink with green hooves and white ears and aqua wings. We are painting the chicken house those 4 colors!
