I just went and picked MORE strawberries to make jam and pies, but I really love my homemade vinegarette. Is it possible to can it or freeze it. I want to give it a shot before I use up all of the fresh berries. Any advice is appreciated.
The ingredients are simply a handful of berries blended with olive oil, sugar, ACV, and a few drops of honey, if that helps.

I would put the measured amount of sugar on enough berries to make one recipe of vinaigrette then mash them and let them juice out really good and freeze them in zip lock freezer bags.

To use just take a bag out of the freezer let it thaw on the counter and make your recipe as usual.

I do the same thing for my strawberry bread.

Good point, I didn't think of that.
