That IS funny!!! At first I was like "it's just a train" then afterwards, BOL!

There are towns like that in Arkansas. Not quite that extreme, but I can relate.
Not with the tent shelters, but I mean semis barreling right down the highway practically on the busy sidewalk! It's about equivalent to walking on the shoulder of the interstate, except it's a 2-lane and a sidewalk.
