IA here

I would also like to remind everyone of the show in Lincoln, NE on the 3 and 4 of November at the Lancaster Events Center.
Appears to be a nice show with many breed clubs represented.
If you are nearby, or make a Saturday trip to see the show!

Came home from the New Ulm, MN show with a new young trio. A bantam black Orpington cockerel and 2 blue pullets. They are not handled so I had to photograph them in a very dark room! They are settling in.

If anyone near Ames has any ducklings or young ducks please let me know. Just looking for a good layer and decent pet. Looking for around 6hens. Thanks

The 142nd ANNUAL SHOW of the EASTERN IOWA POULTRY ASSOCIATION will be held at the
SHARPLESS AUCTION COMPLEX on the East Side of Iowa City, IA
November 24 & 25, 2012. Show catalog is in the works, feel free to send me a pm for a copy of the show catalog via email.
Will this show only be chickens?

There are ducks, geese, guineas, turkeys at every show recently as well as chickens. No idea what is entered for this year yet.
