Idaho?

LOL, you guys are AWESOME!! and really pretty funny at the same time!! Holy cow, that guys is going to get quite the ride, will get to meet lots of peeps along the way, haha Is Sphinx in the Layton area??

I have 2 more chicks pipped as I moved them to lockdown, ACK!!! Now I'm seriously scratching my head about the date I wrote down... but also now a little worried about the others, especially my Marans eggs and some shipped eggs that were in the same group

I hope they do ok... I try to be so careful when I write down those dates, sheesh!
Hehe, I've been doing this one a bit lately. I'm doing these staggered hatches for the first time and whoa! It's a bit confusing. And the worst prob is I counted the incubator/hatcher space fine but I kinda forgot about BROODER space. Whoops!!!! This week has been a game of chick shuffle!

Mesha--yes Sphinx is in Clinton--sort of by Ogden. It is way too convenient to have this whole chicken train thing delivering chicks multi states---I think we all have far more chickens because of it lol! How fun though to meet everybody, and that everyone is so willing to make the extra stops. I actually get excited to participate in the chicken train, it is fun to see everybody! I have seen the chicken train run from St George all the way up to Id Falls, it is awesome! What a bunch of enablers we are lol!

I have some olive egger and assorted brown egg layer pullets available. Some have feathered shanks, some don't. Both clean faced olive eggers and ones with puffy cheeks. Blue wheaten, wheaten, and golden buff. 15.00 each.

There goes Michelle tempting us with her birds again

talk bout enabling!!

My turn, lol

I have some Swedish Flower hen chicks that just arrived and I'm only keeping 2 or 3 of them, a couple others are spoken for, but that leaves 4-5 more that need homes.... I'm asking $10 each to help cover shipping costs... straight run. Really good layers of big cream eggs, some are crested, some are not, lots of colors (don't know how many of these are crested yet, they are too young to tell) they are mottled/mille fleur that come in a variety of colors...

Okay... there are some legbars in this pic, too (not for sale), but the white ones are swedish flower, and the one on the bottom left, and the orangish one on the top right, and the black one with the spot on it's head are all swedish flowers... the whitish ones look to be buff mottled and blue mottled, some really pretty colors...

If you haven't sold them by this weekend, i'd like to get a couple while I'm down in Idaho Falls. I'll PM you. Even have a clean box for the ride home :)

Sorry, now I'm hogging the thread, lol...

So those early hatchers? Well, so far there have been 5 of them, 5?!?!?! The others aren't due till Saturday, sheesh, but now I'm all nervous that I miscalculated the whole thing and the others won't even hatch, grrrrr.... Is it really possible that 5 eggs started developing under my flaky broodies, sat in my basement for, what, several days to a week and then started going again when I put them in the bator?? Tough little chickies, if that is the case!

Oh, and Susan, would LOVE to meet you!!!
