If not coccidiosis what could it be? pooing red and goo EVERYDAY, no other symptoms.

I have had negative fecal test.
I watched both tapeworms and Roundworms being pooped out before and after the negative fecal. I actually have the pooping of worms on film...so because of this I am now a firm believer that not all fecal tests are 100% correct.
If I were you I'd for sure treat with something that will kill worms because unlike what Dawg sees I see worms.

Make sure you follow dosing instructions on your label. I had to look it up as I'm not familiar with that wormer, but 1.5 tablet treats up to 1 kg of body weight which is about 2.2 lbs. So you are going to need a good weight on each bird, and depending on size you may need more than one tablet for each bird (a digital kitchen scale works well). Also says not to feed birds for 24 hours before worming or 3 hours after. I will link to dosing that I found.
Just wanted to add that in my flock droppings like you are seeing are usually caused by worms, so regardless of what the fecal showed, I would be worming. Fecal tests are a really good tool, but they are only as good as the person running them, and all tests can be wrong on occasion. That wormer, dosed correctly, should take care of any parasite they have.

Faecal tests will not generally pick up tapeworms because the eggs are shed in large segments rather than being microscopic and dispersed individually throughout the poop, therefore the sampling system will be far less likely to pick up a tapeworm infestation and should certainly not be relied upon to detect tapeworms. It absolutely should pick up roundworms, so not sure what happened with your sample Kiki..
I agree with Dawg that I do not see any worms but that much shed intestinal lining on a daily basis in scary!

Thanks for the input everyone. I've purchased the Avitrol Plus. It's only got 4mg Praziquantel per tablet though and says to give 1.5 tablets up to every 1kg of bird weight. I'm hoping that's strong enough as I've read somewhere that it should be 20mg Praziquantel per 1kg at least. It also says to fast the birds 24hours beforehand, but not sure if that includes the free ranging feeding they do. Do you have to keep them in the pen for that time? About to start the 24 hour fast today. I've stopped the Amprolium for now (would have been day 6 of treatment today) except for medicated feed this morning.

I found a poo this morning (prior to starting treatment for worms) and this is what it looked on the ground, then how it looked after i dissected it and finally a close up view of it...still looks like tape worm you think? they are all consistently thin in texture, smooth and have a little fat round or hook looking head or end. At times they look flat and at other times they look roundish. I would have expected thicker mushier inconsistent texture from intestinal lining if it is that. Going to invest on a microscope next! lol

Unfortunately, I have dirt and hay in my pen so not sure it will stop them from taking nibbles at the ground. This morning I found a bit more of the gooey red poo in the coop, but very little. To make thing worse it's rain rain rain here.
There is Equimax here in the pet store. But not sure how to dose safely or if it's better than the Avitrol Plus which has Levamisole instead of Invermecin included. There is a product called Wormout Tablets by Vetafarm
DIRECTIONS:

Give one tablet by mouth per 2kg body weight. Repeat in 8-12 weeks.

Active Constituents: per tablet: 20mg Praziquantel, 20mg Oxfendazole

Sounds great as no need to fast and has 20mg of Praziquantel instead of 4mg but not sure how good Oxfendazole is instead of Levamisole for poultry. Product is also not being renewed by the company for some reason.
Any thoughts of which to try?

In terms of fasting, does that mean no free ranging for the girls? or does it refer to actual "meals" as opposed to dirt on the ground?

This looks like a worm to me but not so much a tapeworm.
I am going to dig and see if I can figure out exactly what this worm is.

I agree those recent pictures and in particular the last one looks like a worm, but not a tapeworm and not any other sort of worm I am familiar with. Could they be eating something which is not digesting properly. Maybe some sort or nematode scratched up from the ground or compost heap.
