I was fine this morning without a jacket at 39 - then at lunch I froze my butt off and it was 59. I have never understood that.

As for us where we are at it is a dry cold thank goodness! We are so dry that you can only make snowballs the very first snow of the year type of dry.

Barkerchickens and myself live in a valley that is three sided by mountains and a vast desert to the north east. We know wind. 50 MPH is a breeze.

HAHAHAHA!!! We had to put lids on the top of our pens because Swiffer (the silkie) kept getting tossed around and we were afraid she was gonna get thrown out! We have alot of really killer dust devils where I live.
