i'm afraid my eggs won't hatch, help me calm down a bit :D

yep he is running around with his little shell on the back , i dont wanna open the bator atm as there's another chick that pipped externally, but as soon as i can i will do that also, another question, he is making a mess with all the other eggs, like while he's running he is rolling some of them, will they be fine?

I take my quail out fairly quickly after they hatch because I worry about them playing the bowling ball game with the other eggs. I think it is better to not have the hatched ones knocking around the other eggs.
I also think that the sooner the newly hatched ones eat and drink the better.

Yes, the pinballing is annoying as hell and can cause problems for those trying to hatch.
It's toss up between removing to brooder in 'groups' and wanting the pinballers to stop!
You'll have to decide what to do.
Removing chicks and losing humidity is a concern, if your humidty is good, moving very quickly to remove hatchlings can be OK.

my humidity is currently at 56%, but the room the incubator is in is closer to 70%, so i think moving the guy shouldnt be too harmful

alrighty, just finished moving him to the brooder, and while i was at it, i also tried tapping on a couple of eggs, and on some i heard someone moving inside! another question: should i do something to make the chick understand where to eat and where to drink? he has plenty of food and a little plastic dish with water.

Can we see what the food and water dish look like?
Did you put something in the water dish so he doesn't fall in and drown?
Did you grind up/hammer the feed pieces to make them small enough?

yeah, i'll attach a couple pics, i have hammered the feed pirces and made most of them powderish. the water dish is high enough to get his feet wet, but i may have to put something in it, yeah

Do you have rocks or marbles that you can put in the water dish?
