also, i didn't even have to put mirrors in the brooder, because i noticed the walls actually reflect the little buddy's image
. I have a question, what can i do to lower the temperature in the brooder? my thermometer is reading 38.2 °C, but it should be closer to 35
the chick seems to be doing just fine and hasn't visited the colder area of the brooder yet, he's just there eating drinking and running around. i opened the window so the temperature goes a bit down, my heat lamp is around 50 cm from the ground, and still seems to be heating it up to 38.2 °C
it's a 150W heat lamp btw
