Wow, he IS a keeper.
Don't tell your DH, but my DH got his rear end kicked by an emu several years ago when he was helping his buddy round them up to take them to an auction-they can be pretty mean(but think of the entertainment value).

I am, however, VERY jealous of the ducklings!

I'm still shaking my head at him. He did get them for an eggcellent price though, so even if they don't hatch we're not out a ton.

I now know I should have stipulated more than just "NO TURKEY EGGS"

I seriously hope you didn't plan on hatching anything else during those 50 days. Might be able to squeeze in a quail egg or two.
