We have another pip this was the egg I was worried about cause my 2 year old got it and dropped it in the water dish
This Bator is actually version 2 I made a second one while they were in the 1st I feel this one is better

Watch and wait...
If you have any soluble vitamin/electrolyte powder for chickens (or even stuff for humans like Berocca or Gatorade) you could try making a dilute solution, dip a cotton bud (cotton swab) in it and offer it to the chick to lick. It worked for me when I got impatient and over-anxious during a hatch and removed shell causing a minor bleed. The 2 chicks hatched OK but it took ages.

It made it out and is super active I'm so proud of him or her I wish I knew the gender

This is the father. .. he passed away a dog attacked him I was so broken ... I raised all my birds from days old does anyone know what breed he is? I am sure he is a mix of something he has black spots in places and I loved that about him

This is my favorite girl Peaches she is my broody hen she hatched out 8 babies they are now 3 going on 4 weeks old and their daddy died when they were 3 days old he was a good daddy he was very protective but he kept his distance so he didn't make peaches mad lol she is also protectI've but when she sees me she and the babies come running
They have a coop now since dog keep making their way into the yard but I let them all free when I'm working outside and they help me out with yard work eating bugs n digging (they do eat all my fruit trees and bushes n well everything) but I forgive them cause I love them
These babies are mixed and I can't tell who came from who I do have theories also idk who is a boy or girl
