Comb is getting pretty big and red for just 10 weeks. Rooster.

I say pullet!! You can't look at the tail feathers that early. My pullet had the exact same tail, and the juvenile feathers fell out, and now they are all coming in rounded. Everything about your pullet looks girly to me. Easter eggers develop differently, I have one with a wide comb. I think it's too early to know for sure, but I think you should wait a few more weeks until you are certain.
