@chickenenthusiasts5698 I have a rooster that had a pendulous crop from day one causing sour crop. He was one of 4 chickens I had just gotten as my very first flock ever. I was a mega-newbie. He got me through it. Rooppecca is now 2 years and 3 months old and wears a bra. Without @azygous I never would have been able to save Roopecca. You and your chickens have the best mentor(s) here. This site is a gem. The very best of luck to you. You can do this.
 
I’ll be tubing her by myself. My mom thinks i’m being absolutely ridiculous trying to help this poor little pullet (that i’ve raised from a chick) so of course I don’t want to see her pass. Here’s the pictures of her.

What is the size of that turd? It's important. When you photograph poop or have something that came out of a chicken other than poop, (you'd be surprised what can emerge from a chicken's butt) place a coin or a ruler next to it for scale.

It appears the poop is scant and hard.
