So my flock A is older hens but my flock B is young flock are 9 hens and roo they are all 7 months old. Hens laying month now.. so eggs are now good size. And now i work from home and free have time to incubating eggs. Is it to early ? Or i must wait when they are year old?

I have my best results on that age of chickens just as long as they have laid enough to work the bugs out of their systems. I've had problems out of the older ones which I don't know where to lay blame for being too old, wrong time of year, my fault, or something else. Still working on my incubating skills. I don't see you have anything to loose except for time invested and a few less eggs to eat.

I think you’ll be fine with incubating them. I agree with the others that if they are fertile, then go ahead with incubation. A young healthy flock is going to lay very viable eggs. Good Wishes!
