Incubating first time. Temp 107!!!!

We had 15 babies hatch! Out of 20 eggs 15 hatched, 2 died in hatch, 1 was infertile, and 2 had blood rings.
Many of them are browns but we did get 2 little golden Italians. I swear to god most of these are dry lol. So for my last question. How do y'all tag the babies so you can tell them apart? Its do hard!
They’re super cute! Congrats on your hatch!

Yes don't try to tag them or mess with their legs at all unless you have one with spraddle leg or curled toes that don't correct in the first day or so. Their legs are delicate and they are learning how to use them.

So cute! Congrats on the successful hatch. I wouldn't try to tag them until they're a few weeks old at least; they grow so fast you'd have to redo it often otherwise.

Just catching up! Congrats! Adorable! We don’t tag anyone until they are older if I want a specific one for breeding I just put a little zip tie on the male I don’t usually bother naming females or tagging them they all look the same (in my case with the browns but that’s going to change)

Anyway also I didn’t see the post earlier but when you said you were worried at 11 hours post-pip it’s ok mine have gone 36 hours before!!! They are super slow sometimes and other times they all start to pop out like popcorn!

Lol I figured their wasn't a way to tag them. While they do seem healthy their are some that we are wanting to keep an eye on since they needed help coming out of the egg (membrane ended being extremely thick).

Theres one that doesnt have straddle leg or curled toes but it has a foot that kinda is slanted so he is walking in the side of his foot. Tried straightening it with tape and he took it off immediately
