did she die ?

I don't know

How is it looking @venymae?

How is that baby?  Didn't make it?  If it is what the photos looked like in the post that Saris shared, that isn't a hernia.  That was unabsorbed yolk. Sometimes you can really paste it with neo and it will absorb more, but usually, they don't make it with that much out.  Don't blame yourself if it didn't make it.  Not all hatched little ones make it, even when things look perfect at first.  Had that happen a couple of hatches ago.  Baby was running around with all of the others, then noticed that it was leaking yolk.  What?  Never, ever had that happen before, when it hatched with all of the yolk absorbed.  I worked with it, kept it separate from the others, nothing worked.  I lost it.  The one I wanted of course.  Let us know how you are.
I wish I never would have messed with her. Thebleeding probably would have healed on its own. It was a hernia, not yolk. She died before I even finished mixing the booster water, she cried the whole time she was dying. I feel so sick

It's not your fault, I know it feels like it, but the reality is she could've just as easily passed from an infection trapped under the scab. We will all learn from this, and I'm sorry your little chickie didn't make it.

:hugs

A list of materials would be awesome. My hubby always ends up buying more than we actually use, at least until we find a way to use them. but a rough idea of what to do first and the basic dimensions with some photos of what you've got would be awesome. I appreciate it a bunch.
Okay, this is the best I can do. An architect... I am not... so please go easy on me.

Inside view of sides and top:

The outside dimensions of the compartment are 48" x 48" x 24". After closing the rear half with plywood panels, 24" 1/4" construction wire covered the other half of the sides and top. I ripped a 1' x 4" board to make the frame for the door, added a couple of diagonal braces, and stapled 1/4" construction wire over the opening. If you need more details, I'll do my best to help.
