Lockdown has commenced! Just a few hours early as I am tired. So since all the eggs that locked down were crosses with CLB....I had to make dividers.

Locking down 3 CLB from Sally, 4 Project Eggs from Sally, and 4 CLB/EE crosses from my personal flock. So that's 7 eggs shipped and 4 personal. I will keep you informed!! ;)
 
Well,I went to lock the coop and she was at the bottom nest boxes.I put a wire screen and put her back on the eggs so I will see how it goes tommorow.I have a question on hatching eggs.

thanks for the well wishes everybody. I am very bummed about my check but I'm feeling better now that I've had some time. My spoise buried it under the peach tree for me.

A lot of it has to do with how far the eggs are shipped, how they were packaged, and how fertile they were when gathered. I've heard of a few people switching suppliers and getting better hatch rates. Just something to consider if you're paying a lot for those eggs...   ;)

Yes I am. The gal I received the brahmas and spangled orps had the best hatch of all the ones I ordered. Her eggs came all the way from Florida. I think part of the problem was when we had that big wind storm. The eggs were without power for over 5 hours and I had to drive them to my parents. That happened on lockdown day. I had a number of them malpositioned when I opened the eggs, wonder if I should stop turning earlier than day 18? Thoughts??

The kind of info I want is stuff like 'bator kind, current eggs setting, if incubating now, and random stuff you want others to know! IF YOU HAVE GIVEN ME INFO BUT DON'T SEE IT ADDED, sorry but please tell me again if you want it in there! sorry, I haven't gotten into the sync fully yet... Thanks so much everyone!!

I'm not asking for eggs, I have 130+ laying hens and a couple of busy roosters.  I just need a winter market for day old chicks!

Lol niw I get ya and can relate and i need a market for hen eggs mine are laying 15-18 sometimes 20 eggs each day you can only eat just sooooo many eggs Lol we both need a marketvplus I can just guess how many eggs you have WHEW!I thought the name walnut hill was familiar
