Incubator help

I have a large Hatch-Rite cabinet style incubator. I haven't been able to make it operate correctly. Been thinking of gutting it and installing new parts. Any ideas or suggestions? Thanks

I built a cabinet and used this controller. it works great. I have it hooked up to egg turners, heaters( 500W and 350W standby baseboard heaters. plus wired in humidifier to control humidity. the only thing is I'm using 240V for running it, not sure if you can find a similar one in 120V

This is a bit late, but I rebuilt my Hatchrite last year and it works great - it is busy incubating eggs right now
