Infection around comb and eyes swollen shut

My hen has an area around each side of her comb that is infected. Her eyes are also swollen shut.She keeps on standing with eyes shut,

but eats normally
what should i do?

She might just have an eye infection in which you can put terramycin eye ointment in her eyes til it clears up. You can get that on Amazon.

Does she have any discharges also at the nose and does it smell bad? Coryza causes eyes to swell shut. Antibiotics will help if this is the case. Good luck!
