Injured Beak- PLEASE HELP!

Hey everyone... so I think my hen injured her beak trying to attack our chicks in the next coop over... we have them separated by chicken wire because one hen has been violent, and my dad found her like this:

Any idea on what to do? Her beak is split in half on the top and it looks like flesh under the hard beak is open... I'm scared that she won't be able to eat or drink, especially because of pain. What should I do?

Hi! Your picture didn't come through, but it sounds like your hen split her beak open. You can actually fix this with a tea bag and some super glue.
