Injured rooster

Just found my rooster injured. It looks like his head sustained most of the damage. Need help in how to care for his injuries?
Its new years day and everything is closed can I use a neosporin type antibiotic cream on him?

Clean it as best you can ,trim feathers if you need to and use the triple antibiotic for a day or two and then when things open back up get some blukote. Blukote will help deter pecking if you have other chickens and help it scab over.

Thank you we have him sequestered for now! Hoping he will heal!

Chickens are quick healers. Im sure as long as you get it doctored against infection he will be fine in no time.
