There was even a male that came and watched her for sometime on friday, probably thinking "darn... one crazy chic" is my guess... haven't seen him since....

We ran into this very same thing last spring! We had a couple of cardinals that would attack every mirror on every vehicle in my driveway. I got real tired of cleaning bird poo off my customers cars(I run a small auto repair shop) so I started covering the mirrors with empty cardboard boxes.
