insides out

I have an older hen that is bleeding from her rectum and her insides are now out in the shape of a sphere. Does anyone know what is going on and if I can save her? THANKS

prolapsed uterus. cover with preperation H & gently push it back in. This may take a while. then you must hold her butt together for 15-30 minutes so it does not pop out again and the ligaments & tendons can shrink back to normal.
