Interested to know what this is.

Hey guys,

I've had a chicken just hatch and I am interested to know what this stuff is inside his/her egg shell. I haven't seen it before in previous hatches. Can anyone please tell me what it is and if it's good, bad or nothing to worry about. This chick seems to be fine so really just out of curiosity.
