International Black Copper Marans Thread - Breeding to the SOP

I am afraid it is too light. What will I do if it is white? I don't have any replacements. O will know in the morning if I can catch him.

it is just another fault. Nimbus is almost complete so any fault is not going to take away much .
check Blaze is better because he come out of a same line .plus his plumage is black easy to spot .

leave Nimbus along . he has enough to offer ,far I m concerned .he is great cockerel

Blaze looked clean under hackles. It was just harder to tell on Nimbus very light grey or white. Bad lighting didn't help.

look my friend if I start panicking than I don t thing I can go to the farm there is 700 chooks isn there .trucks and trucks load of all the faults possible . but i have chooks to work with that all what mater to me .not they have to be stunning .I m the one who is going a breed those stunning bird .that take time ,years and years. I m aware of that .

It is good to have more and bad at the same time. That many would drive me crazy. Relief all is not lost if he has white. Thank you my friend!
