Introducing chicken into Marek’s contaminated flock

Hi, if you take him in, I hope you'll keep us posted on how he does. Best wishes.
I will! Here is a photo of him. He looks really strong and healthy right now. I am still on the fence about what is best for him. He lives with Guinea Fowl right now as his old flock has too many roosters and he gets picked on. I just wonder if it’s worth the risk to give him his own flock to protect while risking Mareks.

Well, if in a month and nobody took him, and he was getting culled, maybe then it would be a no-brainer. He might live out his days with you just fine. If he got Marek's, then you may wind up putting him down yourself, but at least he got to live a good life for a while longer. :hugs
