Hopefully she figures things out. I can't believe she's been sleeping on the roost bar. That's amazing.

The cat is so young it probably thinks its a chicken.

She slept as close to the chickens as she could.......

The netting on top of the run.
I called the ladies to get kitchen scrapes, here she comes to get her share.

She is sooo young. I think she climbed up there to cuddle the ladies to stay warm. Floored me when I saw her. She always comes running when I call the ladies for breakfast. I will try to give her some food closer to where she can sleep.

Chickens generate a lot of body heat so the coop is probably 10 degrees warmer.

I thought I would do an update.... Intruder is still with the chickens. I am not sure how old she was when she showed up but she has imprinted on the chickens. She watches them and eats what they eat. I have seen her pawing(scratching) at the scrap food given to the chickens. It is so funny. She has warmed up to me a little aand allows me to pet once in a while. I have been scratched up thinking I could pet her that day. She does not like coming out of the coop yet and gets very nervous when she does. If the ladies sound off she quickly gets back into the run/coop to hide with them. I have noticed she is trying to catch mice. But she is a female. This does mean she will at some point have to be rehomed. I am looking for someone that needs a great barn cat/kitten. This is her.It was

taken today.

Well, eventually mother nature is going to take course and your going to have a lot more kittens. Lol.

Nope! She will be rehomed in the next 2 mos.
