Is My Salmon Faverolles a Roo or Just a Strange Color??

I can mix but i'm not too sure my mixes would be that great, but then again I might make the funkiest chicken ever. I will be able to choose from speckled sussex, dominque, and buff brahma. Iv'e got a delaware and an ameracuna too but their personalities are terrible so I really don't want babies from them.

I'll have crested cream legbar crosses at some point. Unless the cochin claims all the CL. Not likely, they share well.

Hahaha oh man, if I ever tried breeding any from my flock I'd have the craziest crossed mutts!!! My cockerels are a Mille Fleur D'uccle, a Splash Polish and a Buff Silkie!!!!

Wow like a Frankenstein's lab just with chickens! All iv'e got are the faverolles boys but i've got all those different hens to mix with. Have thought about the buff brahma, wonder if i'd end up with a giant fav or a really silly brahma.

I think you’d get pullets that were white with sort of faded black hackles kinda like a Delaware. And the beards & muffs would be lighter like an Easter egger. And then the cockerels would be similar but yellowish ..,again I think that’s what you’d get, I’m not an expert

I cant wait to see what my (solid black) miniature american gamefowl x faverolles look like. two are brownish wish some light markings, feathered legs, an extra toe, muffs. one is black with some grey, 5 toes, fethered legs, muff and beard and the last one I have no idea what its going to end up looking like but i assume amazing lol. idk where it got its coloring but its almost barred looking, has very feathered feet, 5 toes, muff.. they are almost 4 weeks so they still have a long way to go ..

or not, 2 were dead this morning and 1 died while i was medicating them. two more died within a couple hours, the other one doesnt look too hot and as much as i like to try to stay positive i dont really have a good feeling about there outcome . they were doing great outside before today, on medicated feed and thriving. it rained 2 days ago and i wonder if that stirred things up enough to get them sick.
