I love to cook up some pork loin and add it to a pan (pot? Whatever) of freshly prepared beansprouts, chives, little corns, water chestnuts, and serve it all on the side of homemade mandu (Korean dumplings).

I primarily cook Asian food. 😂
Water chestnuts are interesting little things. I’ve never had them until recently, and while to me, they don’t taste like much of anything, they had a wonderful crunch to them.
