I'm thinking Mille De Fluer, but not sure no chicken expert by any means

Mille fleur is a colour, so no its not that. Going by the dark legs, extra toes and slight top hat I am guessing its a silkie cross.

Definately looks like a cross. Mille fleur is a color but if you were meaning a mille fleur d'uccle I'd say no d'uccle in that lil fella. Super cute tho.
