1 had died quite a while ago. Was a dark egg I couldn't see when candling.

I'll post some pics once they are in the brooder.

Well that's not too bad! Congrats! (and sorry for the losses)
I look forward to pics

Has anyone ever had a 100% hatch?

Great photos! SOOOO sweet. You must be using a real camera. We recently got one and it has made pictures fun again. Cell phones aren't quite good enough!

Thanks!

Yeah, we have a Nikon d3200.. I am still learning how to use it.

I have a Buff O gone broody, so i'm going to let her be a momma(if it ever warms up!) I am hoping to get some good motherly shots of her and her little ones when the time comes.

SO I'm at that point.

I'm right at lockdown. Found 2 had quit. I'm on the verge of, "Oh my GOD! What if I have screwed this whole thing up!? What if none of them hatch?!"

I used a different thermometer on this incubation and it read that I needed to lower my temp significantly from last time (my hatch was 2 days early last time) Last time i ran at 37.6. This time I ran at 37.3 and STILL my thermometer said I was high. Second guessing everything.

This time I got eggs from some friends. I have had 6 quitters! BUT all of my eggs that were fertile have done great? Weight loss is good... air sacs look bigger than last time... handled them less.

Started w 42 and only 15 made it to lockdown. Glad I work tomorrow.

Now I just pray!

This is definitely the toughest part. If the air sacs look good, then stop second-guessing yourself... once those babies pop out, you will feel the relief! Focus on the positive! After its over, then you can decide if there are things that need to be done differently next time. For now, just give these babies all the good positive vibes... I'm anxious for you!

Good luck and I can't wait to see 'em!!
