If there is enough white then they are pied. A lot of guineas have white flight feathers too, but most people don’t call them pied. This pic is of a very clearly pied pearl grey cock.

Find guinea sound videos then set them to play non-stop for ...oh...4 to 8 hours maybe?? Then look in the mirror and see how cross eyed you are while asking DH a question to see if you can still hear normal level human communications anymore.

I think they are almost soothing... Kinda like cicadas. If at the right distance... Haha

I think my hatch is done and for the Bieles I ended up with 4 girls and 2 boys.
All 7 of the Biele eggs that went into lockdown hatched, but one had not absorbed any of it's yolk. If these chicks weren't so robust the deep cup trick I tried might have worked, but the little guy (it was a boy) insisted on being the energizer bunny, instead of calm, and it was his downfall.

One of the girls is a little lighter than the others, but the boys are SO obviously different I'm fairly sure that one is a girl. Think I'm going to like the auto-sexing feature of this breed.

Add 3 hatchlings from my flock's eggs for a total of 9 fluffs. I'll try to get some pics of the fuzzballs today.

I would love to see what yours look like. I’ve had 7 hatch so far and hoping their not all boys.

I have a type of pig called KuneKune. The Facebook KuneKune groups are constantly insisting that they don't root. Tell that to this little lady. Makes me laugh every time.

I wish!!! I don’t mind the sound. My chickens are quite loud especially Elvis. He doesn’t stop all day
