Just cut a TON of hair off!!! PIC pg 3

Weight watchers :)

NO, NOT their frozen meals...REAL food, REAL portions and a lotta taekwondo helped! but honestly; the biggest change was
the learning to cook healthier..it has made my whole family healthier!

Glad to hear that, I'm in my second week of doing WW online. It was my 44th birthday present to myself. I'm finally ready to get this weight off... slowly and surely, not looking for some fad diet at this point of my life. I think I'm down about 5 lbs but I don't weigh again until Sunday. Having fresh fruits and veggies available now helps a lot!!

To both of you guys. Take it slow and don't let a "no loss" number get you down. Our bodies know us better than we do. After three years of slow but steady weight loss, I am pretty much at a stand still. However, I have lost 63 lbs over three years and the last 6 months have not gained back an ounce. I am pretty happy with where I am now, though I could stand to see another 40 go away. Acceptance of ones self is the first door to unlock to success.

5 lbs down is better than 5 lbs up!... that's the way I have to look at it now. When I stopped breastfeeding a couple of months ago I started packing on the pounds like you wouldn't believe. If I didn't do something I was going to be back up to my pregnancy weight by the end of summer!!

Five lbs in two weeks is actually an incredible number. Weight watchers suggest one lb a week as a good goal. I don't know what happened but I lost 8 lbs my first week (water?) and 1 lb a week after that. If you lose five lbs in two weeks that's 30 lbs in three months!

you can do it!! I love to eat; thats my issue...but I dont care for veggies/fruits..I like carbs and meat lol...(couldnt you tell)

but I do like green beans (canned only; rinsed...hate despise frozen ones blech), carrots, celery raw w/dip only lol..I like peppers..
onions...but dont like just about the rest of it..like potatos/corn..starch obviously...

fruits; grapes, apples, bananas are abotu the gist of it..unless its in yogurt then strawberries/blueberries..

its a whole new concept to me to eat healthy..but its still a learning curve for me..

5 lbs in a week is not a good average..they do say 1-2 lbs a week; but even 2 is pushing it. Yes in the beginning you can lose a bit more..but its not going to be what your average is...

I averaged 1/2 lb a wk..I was SOO upset..but I've only gained like 6 back so far...so thats not too bad for me I guess..I'm working on losing those 6 again..my goal is 120 if i can get there; but my body seemed to stabiilize at
126/128..I'm 131.8 last wk UGH...but this wk will be a loss..I'm confident...
