thank you BloomBunny, that was helpful guide, so I think my duckling has developed a sour crop, I'm not sure tho, I have to check him correctly next day early morning and before bed time

Yes check him first thing in the morning his crop should be empty. And full by days end. How are you offering the grit? I’m not sure on dose of amoxicillin I will keep tagging @casportpony and Hope she shows up. If Pick has sour crop his breath should smell sour.

The amoxicillin dose is 125 mg per kg (57 mg per pound) twice a day orally.

Thank you very much, I'm sorry for not being here sometime, time zone is different, studying and working on my project and my mind is always with Pico, stressful days lol, I really thank you for giving me help and all who helped me here.
I checked out his crop this morning, seems empty and he has no sour smell in his breath, I will try to weigh him tomorrow.
I think the antibiotic if it didn't help him it won't do him any harm!!

Hope you doing well awesome people,
I want to keep you updated about my duckling's health progress,
last three days I read something amazing about charcoal and garlic slurry, so I gave him charcoal slurry for 24h every 6 hours, and garlic slurry for 3 days once per day an hour before giving him the charcoal one,
now I see an improvement in his health, which makes the whole family happy.
