Man your put a lot of work into feeding your duckling. My favorite part about commercially formulated feeds is how much less work they are. Then there is more time to snuggle them

your other vegetables like tomatoes, beans, maybe squash, are also good for them. No citrus like oranges, lemons etc. Maybe some cooked rice too. I have to think on this more.

He seems really exhausted, can't stand for long, sleeping all the time, he just wakes up to eat and drink and get back quickly to his teddy to sleep

I have read something about impacted crop and sour crop, do ducklings get infected by these diseases!
I checked out my duckling's crop, bcuz I noticed that it has got bigger since he was sick, it is puffy like filled with water, and it is not in the centre with his neck, it is sided to his right, and he uses it as a support to put his beak on when he sleeps!
I ask a lot of questions, I'm worried about him.. trying hard not lose that little guy

Have you started him on the antibiotic? Yes ducks can have crop problems. Have you been giving him any kind of grit he needs this to keep him from having crop problems.

yup I'm giving him grit since you have told me, I didn't start giving him the antibiotic yet, I've been waiting your advice if it is the right thing to do, 250mg per day? isn't too much!
