Just noticed something unique about my blue fawn call drake

I do believe he’s always had it and I just haven’t noticed.
looking back at some of the closeup pictures I have I did slightly notice it. I don’t notice it in his duckling pictures but I did notice from when he was around 1 month old.

I think ducks, esp the young, are just adorable. Too much work for me, though, sadly. So I visit the duck threads and smile, smile, smile!

They definitely are a handful. Good thing the duck threads are here. This is the brother his eyes are fully grey... they have the same butterscotch mother. But the father of this one was a grey pied

Thanks! I’m glad you think so. I love just sitting outside and watching my ducks. They are wonderful entertainment.... I spend way too much of my time with them...

@JacinLarkwell that’s a cool turkey and @Isaac 0 do you think it could be a vitamin issue if none of my other calls have this when they’re all housed together and fed the same things? I’m trying to look back on my photos and see if it was there when he was a duckling. I know little about his genetic background other than the fact that his mother was a butterscotch and his father was a grey. His brother is a blue fawn pied and has fully grey colored eyes.
