Just when I was about to give up...

Today is day 22 and I thought I had failed at my second attempt at hatching eggs. (The first time not one egg hatched), but i just looked into the incubator right now and one egg has a hole in it and i can see the lil chick moving around inside.

I can hear him chirping to get out lol this is so cool... Im a little worried though, the hole looks almost the same size as it did last night and he hasnt zipped around the shell yet. Is that normal?

I had one take 24 hours from pip to hatch and most of that time the egg just layed there with a hole in it....I thought it had died.

That doesn't sound very good. I haven't ever helped a chick out, but you might want to do a search and think about that.... I know sometimes they'll die in the shell after pipping, but helping has its own hazards and I just don't have any experience with that so can't really advise you.
