I just weighed her in at 3.4 lbs which is definitely pretty low, but I've been watching her for a few hours and seen her both eating and drinking several times. If she doesn't gain some weight by tomorrow I'll continue tube feeding

Good plan tube feeding gives the nutrients they may be missing with not eating well and can help them get their appetites back which sounds like she is working on that now.

This morning she is up from 3.4 lbs to 3.6 lbs I went ahead and put her outside while it is still cool out and Penguin seemed happy to see her

She looks great and gaining weight is a good sign. Aren't they precious in the way they greet each other?

Just went to check on her. Water is low she is definitely drinking a lot but I noticed while she is hissing at me she is breathing strangely. It sounds like there might be mucus in her throat or something.

Yes it is on the way but I think it will still take awhile. Not sure if that sound was a fluke, she seems like she isn't making that sound anymore. I just weighed her in at 4 lbs so she is steadily gaining .2 lbs every day
