I don't know if I would want mine to be stamped though because I just want to see what pops out Even though I want Lav Orps so bad! I don't know if my local farm has their 2020 ordering list yet. I don't know if they get those as chicks. I've always bought my chicks from them because they order from hatcheries like Meyers.

They did have turkens 5 years ago but they don't do them anymore

And aw that stinks they don’t do turkens!

You should order from Meyer maybe!! Idk if they have turkens but they do have Lav Orps and other Orps.

I'm going to look on the farm list right now from this year to see if they had them. I have room for 8 more chickens.

No Orps but that's 2019 ordering. I have to wait till January to get their updated list. They had silver leghorns though, which I have seen and liked.

The farm that I got these eggs from had orpingtons, I have 2 white eggs and 2 light brown. All their hens/pullets were breeding with a beautiful Brahma.

You'll be 6 days behind my hatch if you set them tomorrow or are you waiting to set so they can hatch on Thanksgiving?

Ok... I didn't wait to do the Thanksgiving hatch. I wanted to set them so mine aren't too different in ages. I don't want them fighting when I put them outside in the growout run.

Although I thought the set date for the Thanksgiving hatch was tomorrow? Isn’t it the 8th? Or am I wrong? I need to go check again lol I think I’ll let them sit overnight then set. I want to set immediately but I want to salt test the dang hygrometers first! If they ever get here!

I should have just gone to the store and bought them if I knew it was gonna take so long lol

It really probably hasn’t been that long and any other situation it would be fast, I only ordered them last night and they’re supposed to arrive today, but I want to test them!!
