It will prolly be alright. Hens get off the nests for long periods. I have one that must know the most extreme amount of time she can stay off the nest and still hatches 100%. She was practically always off I didn't think she was any good at first but found out she was really really good lol

Thanks! That’s good to know! And oh wow! Really!? That’s so surprising but awesome haha was she a good mother too?

Who's telling people to crank their humidity to 70%? I've seen several posts lately that say they're aiming for 70%

OMG really!? I’m trying to do mostly dry but I always thought it was 55-60 or 65 for not dry/“normal” and then only 65-70 for hatching? 70 for the whole time seems like it would drown the chicks!!

No 70 at the end... I think that's way too high! I had mine at 65% and it ruined things a bit. This time I'm staying under 55%. I'm not listening to anyone this time!

Hoping your hatch goes good even though someone unplugged it. I told everyone not to touch or look at the incubator unless I'm there:gig

Thank you!

And :lau maybe I need to start telling everyone that! Lol

I think they were just trying to be helpful, didn’t want anything to happen.

I also bumped into the table this morning

Ohhhh okay. I think I’m gonna try that too haha

:lau

Sticky chicks will happen or they won't absorb yolk... Happened to me when I went to 60-65... Maybe I just have bad luck

Maybe but it does seem crazy high. I’m gonna try to dry hatch this time haha
