These people are SURE of the temperatures....maybe.

That makes sense. I think a lot of them were basing it on that chart though or so they said

Okay that makes sense. Thanks. But I guess what I was thinking is I should try each thermometer in all 5 spots.

Yes this is a good idea.
Move it every 10 minutes.
Ten minutes should be long enough for it to register the temp.

Probably.

But all 3 of them are reading very close to each other so I assumed they were accurate since they were all so close but I’ll get one I can calibrate and test it.

No. They could all be reading 2 -4 degrees too high.

You can NOT trust them for the 1 millionth time.
