I'm only doing three turkeys because one of them is for my parents for family Thanksgiving. One of them is for a Thanksgiving that we are going to do at just our house. The other one will be for grinding and making turkey sausage.

I think that would be a good idea! I think it should be big enough.

It's 30x40 feet so I think it should be fine.

We are going to get the broadbreasted because I heard that they can't fly as well. I don't need turkeys that can fly out of an 8-ft fence! I already have a chicken and duck that can do that.

We were going to do our house Thanksgiving before my parents so that we can make sure that the turkey is good My mom said it would be the first year that she's never cooked a butterball turkey! She does like the idea of it because she doesn't have to grab the bag of extra parts out of the turkeys butt

It's a really good seasoning but they make an injectable one. It's like a creole seasoning. My brother puts it on everything!

It sounds good though I’m not usually one for spicy foods LOL I actually think I might’ve heard about it on another thread fairly recently. It is big in Louisiana and Texas, right? And clearly Virginia LOL Kiki has probably heard of it.
