I'm only doing three turkeys because one of them is for my parents for family Thanksgiving. One of them is for a Thanksgiving that we are going to do at just our house. The other one will be for grinding and making turkey sausage.

That makes sense and sounds like a good plan! I would love to grow my own thanksgiving turkey haha

We are going to get the broadbreasted because I heard that they can't fly as well. I don't need turkeys that can fly out of an 8-ft fence! I already have a chicken and duck that can do that.

We were going to do our house Thanksgiving before my parents so that we can make sure that the turkey is good :gigMy mom said it would be the first year that she's never cooked a butterball turkey! She does like the idea of it because she doesn't have to grab the bag of extra parts out of the turkeys butt :gig

Amazing!!

We usually do butterball too haha

It's a really good seasoning but they make an injectable one. It's like a creole seasoning. My brother puts it on everything!

It sounds good though I’m not usually one for spicy foods LOL I actually think I might’ve heard about it on another thread fairly recently. It is big in Louisiana and Texas, right? And clearly Virginia LOL Kiki has probably heard of it.
