You need to leave it closed so it'll have some humidity in it so the membranes dont dry out.

I just filled one reservoir so it doesn’t dry out while we’re gone since I have more hatching but then closed it immediately.

Try to leave the lid closed unless you have a few chicks. I left mine in for 24 hours usually.

Now it’s at 66, 67, now I’m worried it’s too high. It kinda spilled into the second reservoir by accident.
