Ducklings and goslings - 2

Ducklings - 10
Goslings - 8

Turkeys - 10
Pheasants - 30

Guineas - 20

This what their ordering info page says....to me that means that the minimum order of ducklings is 10, and the minimum goslings is 8....I am so totally confused!!

I think I saw on there that it sort of depends on your location - if you are in a large city, like NY or LA then they get to the airport faster, so you can order less, but if you live in the boonies, you have to order more, because it takes a little longer to get to your post office.

or maybe I was looking at some other page when I saw that... might have been JM Hatchery that I saw that one....

heck, I was pretty out of it last night, I don't recall.

I just rechecked, and if you want pilgrims, they either have to be pairs or straight run, can't get 2 females and one male, unless by accident! I doubt that would happen, since they are the only 'sex linked' geese, it wouldn't be hard for them to toss another baby boy in there instead of a girl.

Oh btw CINDY!!!!!! Your eggies are almost all hatched!! Dad checked her and said she only has like one more egg that isn't hatched!!

But it is a bantam egg, cause he tossed 4 big egg shells out of the nest. I hope they all hatch!!

Ok, I went to look, and I dont know about the minimum order, either, but with the Pilgrims, I have to only order Pairs - so, Instead of Pilgrims, Order me Toulouse Geese - a trio of them. one drake, two geese.

Those are cheaper, anyway

The Toulouse was originally bred in France and is one of the most common and popular barnyard geese. They are beautiful, prolific and can be grown for meat, too.

Current Gosling Prices

Qty. 1-15 16-63 64+
Price: 8.95 8.05 6.30

Well, if the Toulouse can be used for meat, too, then that seems the way to go for me. Cheap, meat, and grey (better for free ranging). Plus I can order what I want (the trio).

Let me know when ya put the order in, and when ya need the money.

Gander, Drake - it's the Male,

at least I didn't call it a rooster this time.

I've heard emdens can be little poop heads - so I'd prefer something nicer.
