in their own way... even our mean lil OEGB roo, he use to be my favorite until he started flogging me. I make sure I wear my boots out cause I know hes going to do it... then I dont get this... sometimes when I'm sitting on the swing watching the chickens he'll come up and sit on my lap and let me pet him... but when I get up and walk around, he flogs me

and hes soooo colorful and pretty... maybe he doesnt like that I named him Sally Sue with he was just a chickie

3 the black one is out of my birchen rooster he looked just like that when he hatched he is a really good type too! hope he produces good offspring

here is him last year when he hatched

do you think they look the same?

I don't have any yet but I want some Welsummers... Saw their dark brown spotted eggs and fell in love with them... I guess second is my Aracuna's because they have the tuffs on their faces and lay blue/green eggs... no need to color eggs at my house at Easter time....
Of course to me any mutt chicken is great since they seem to be the ones no one really wants and they all get great love at my place....

Spydertoys you must wear shin guards with some double sided sticky tape on them to deter the climbing.... I have one kitty that loves to ride on your shoulder but is scared of heights and ends up pricking my shoulder at least once... I've learned to wear a heavy sweatshirt....

Last night he decided to come to bed with me and I woke sometime in the night to him licking my hair... guess I needed a bath...
