Yeah, I am kicking myself for not grabbing them all - I had you (that I forgot wanted some, until after) and Kenny who had called me yesterday looking for some baby ducks - I coulda sold him a couple of them, too.

I lucked out - they didn't have them out on display really, had them in a little box, and I had stopped to look at someone else's baby ducks (she had a bunch of runners) and she said there were call duck babies over by the stalls, so I went looking and found them

With as many as he had (he had 16 of them, and had sold 8 by the time I got there) I imagine he probably has the parents, so maybe he'll have some the next time you go.

I am hoping by next spring to have a good breeding flock of my own

I'm well on my way there, now, I think

Those pictures are cute, but no ducks for me at the moment. I had to unistall AOL from my computer and then reinstall it and it still is not working right.

I have to sign on as a guest on my own computer in order to get online. Turns out my Screen Name File is corrupted, so this thing goes into the shop next week for another overhaul!

Well my oegb broodies have hatched two chicks so far, one died trying to get out of the shell, and the other was running around yesterday, but I couldn't find it today.

I don't know where it could have gotten to, I was even crawling around on my hands and knees looking for the little bugger!

In the meantime, my Rex Doe kindled last night and had 5 babies that I could count. Daddy is all black with white paws and a white bib and stripe down his nose.

My friend Larry said he has some baby calls, maybe they were his? Wouldn't surprise me, it would explain why they were so cheap! He has greys and BEI's, and I believe a white duck as well

Now I know the last time we spoke, I was running the conversation, but who else do I have to talk to? My 4 y/o son and my dad.....boy, real stimulating conversations there!

Don't forget that Flowerpot will be coming with me as well. But i do know what you mean about having somebody to talk to. But at least yours are human, me I got the birds, the dogs, the fish, the bunnies, the chickens and the pigeons to talk to here. LOL

As far as I know, he always has them, if they are laying that is. I can call him and ask if he has more or when he will have more. He will be at that auction in Gradyville all day tomorrow, so I doubt I'll be able to get in contact with him then. But I'll let you know. If I don't get back with you on them in a few days, remind me. I am usually super busy with things, and forget a lot!

All they talk about is treats and how big their last egg was.
