Since I am not allowed to post photos of me while butchering....here’s some of the “acceptable photos” our knife method worked great!! Most humane dispatch ever!!

My method is to dispatch, pluck, eviscerate, soak in cold, salted water and then to refrigerate for 3 days.

I saw a video on dispatching ducks with a hooked looking knife to the back of the head. Is that what you did with yours first?

Not exactly basically hatchet technique with a really sharp and well designed knife

That's three layers of meatloaf. It's not that much ketchup in proportion to meatloaf.
I really, really like meatloaf....

Apparently you really, really like ketchup, too ... but that's okay. At my house, we understand both of those particular addictions. One of DD's favorite shirts states "I like Ketchup on my Ketchup!"
