I don’t know the exact parentage of my Rangers... and the ones I kept all looked basically the same as chicks, this one just doesn’t have any feathers except for the wing primaries and secondaries coming in. They also shorted her two CX for sure, so she took two of the Rangers to fill out her half of the order. I haven’t seen her chicks since they were 1 week old, so I’m not sure what they look like.
I don't know the make up of Rangers either, each hatchery probably has a ' proprietary recipe'...but I'd bet that there's some CX genetics in there somewhere, and we know how sneaky those genes can be popping up down the road.Kris, I agree with @aart something going on with that one, but it's a cx.
