On a totally separate note, do you have a good recipe for maple breakfast sausage? as well as any other sausage recipes? In a couple of weeks I'm going to have plenty of pork to work with and so wish I'd bought the pro grinder an meat mixer years ago when I could afford it. I'm also planning on liver sausage (German style) and there are a couple of German lunch meats I'd like to make if I can figure out the ingredients.

Did miss Piggy finally make it to market? And do you still have pigs?

Not yet, but very soon. I hope to be pig free by the end of the year. Not planning on more until I can replace the fence they destroyed and get some new and better equipment. These guys have taught me a LOT and proven more than once that they are smarter than me.
