Nice brochure!

Confused by this price disparity.
Local ingredients cost more?
Might have missed an explanation on the 'poultry menu'.

@Kris5902 The brochure look's good, and I hope that it help's to bring you more business. Anything new going on with the house build?

Thanks! The house is stalled while FIL focuses on regaining some balance with his illness. We are not going to be pushing hard on it for a while, and I may even try to survive another “lovely”, wet, west-coast Canadian winter in the trailer. Maybe

Thanks! And yes, we charge a premium when we use my local Chicken. Because my pasture raised chicken is so superior to the commercial grocery stuff ;) as described in the poultry description...

Is it clear that it’s more expensive when we use the local products? I plan on making sure I have both local and grocery store varieties available whenever possible.

Also of note, my eggs have been getting used in blind taste tests by a local on his house guests. My eggs have won hands down over three other truly local producers. “Local” commercial egg producers weren’t included, as they have already been beaten by by the other on island farms.

Good morning Sarah! Things here are just sort of in a holding pattern waiting on FIL’s health situation for the house. The Meat Chickens are all doing well, my Layers are being super productive, and I’ve started “fostering out” chickens at a friends place to stay under the “Limit” for the farms insurance policy  all in all things are going quite well. I have a brochure we did up for the eggs, sausage and chicken business, which I’m delivering to our local gas station/bicycle rental store.

I'd certainly buy from you Kris!

It's nice to have independent confirmation but we all know our chicken's eggs are better than store bought! Well done on beating the local competition too Kris! I hope you left a brochure or two at the guest house as well.

Ehhh....was kinda clear to me.
I suppose folks will come to understand,
especially if you've printed out a bunch of them already,
but might be good to add clarification if the one shown is just a prototype.

Tho if you have both available, maybe labeling would take care of it?

That looks great. I bet it brings you some good business. I love that photo of you with the hen. I might need to order me some kale sausage. I hate kale but maybe I would eat that! I love sausage.

Nice job.

Noooooo! Not another winter. Don't give in already.

Thanks for the feedback, it’s always best to have a independent review of things like this... I know it made sense to me when I wrote it out, but I’m not the customer! I’m thinking of how I can reword it to be more/readable and clear. We will have both available in another month. We are working on the product labels tonight, as yesterday we did three batches of burgers and three batches of sausage.
